WDB #22 (& Virtual Recipe Club reminder)
While Sweetnicks is out on sick leave, Alicat from Something So Clever is hosting the latest edition of WDB (Weekend Dog Blogging).
Below is a picture of Biscuit Pup's cousins, George (the Schnauzer) and Java (the Boston Terrier). They seem to be under some sort of trance. Wonder who has their attention held so well?
Oh, here's the reason why. Biscuit Pup and her "look deep into my eyes.....deeper.....deeper.....you're under my spell........go fetch me some dog biscuits......."And don't forget to come back later tonight to see the VRC - Potato Edition roundup. I'm still collecting your entries so it's not too late to send one my way. Send the permalink to your recipe and I'll add it to the roundup. The email address is biscuitblog AT earthlink DOT net.

Biscuit pup looks SO much like my dog it's scarey (different colored patches but body and hair...). My dog is a cross breed of somekind that we've never been able to figure out??
What kind of dog is biscuit?
Here's a pic of Piper,

She's had her hair trimmed so it doesn't look the same here and her ears are all hairy. :0)
i mean "her ears Aren't all hairy"...
She's a Papillon mix. We think there's some Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and Corgi in the mix.
Piper looks like there's some Cavalier in her. Mostly from looking at her fur and coloration. But the nose is definately some other breed, possibly Papillon. Especially if her ears get long fringy hair that drape down. Take a look at the American Kennel Club website and look at the Cav's and Papillions and see what you think. www.akc.org
